Phoenix DK

Ella Rae's Phoenix DK yarn is made of luxurious 100% Egyptian Cotton, and dyed in a lovely range of colors.  It's a versatile yarn that's great for a wide range of projects.

This yarn is approved for the Knitted Knockers program for both knitted and crocheted knockers.

Knitted Knockers is a volunteer program in which comfortable, lightweight, washable prosthetic breasts are made for people who have undergone mastectomies.  They also work to pair up knitters and crocheters with individuals, hospitals and doctors who need them. 

We are happy to print a knocker pattern for you and send it with your yarn to help support your effort!  Just send an email to Tracy letting her know that you'd like a pattern.  Just include details like whether you are knitting and/or crocheting.  If you plan to knit, just let her know preferences such as top-down, bottom-up, circular needles, double-pointed needles, etc.
